Sa Sung sautéed with fresh garlic is a distinctive rustic cuisine of coastal people in Halong. Sa Sung dotted with roasted chili sauce, then served with lettuce, some herbs and beer can satisfy even the most demanding travelers. 3. “Ngán – Arca Wine”
Ngán is a species of Veneridae, Halong residents use it to make a special drink, a mixture of typically Vietnamese rice wine and “Ngán” blood. It sounds weird and strange but after the mixture is completed; the wine transforms into a beautiful red color and has totally a different flavor that is very delicious. Many visitors coming to Halong Bay are willing to try this special local wine during their trip as any cuisine experience will let them understand more about the destination they visit.

Cancellation due to bad weather conditions in Halong Bay:
1. The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated.
2. The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
