Oriental Sails - Cruise for a lifetime experience
Built in 2007 in ancient Vietnamese style, Oriental Sails features 16 deluxe cabins of traditional style combined with modern facilities and comfort. The junk boasts rattan & wooden furnishings, a multitude of windows for amazing views from the inside, and a panoramic sundeck allowing different activities with the beauty of Halong Bay as a backdrop.
The Cabins - Stylish romance at charm and comfort
Committed to offer guests both charm and comfort, Oriental Sails cabins offer a range of facilities and an elegant ambiance The cabins are designed and fitted international standards, featuring a rich wooden decor, with large windows from which to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay. The comfortable bedding with luxuriant linens ensures you a restful sleep in style. Cabin amenities: Air-conditioner, Mini – bar, Slippers, Bathroom amenities, Wardrobe, Private shower with hot water

The sundeck offers great space and atmosphere to enjoy sunbath, to snap great pictures of Halong Bay, to sip a refreshing cocktail while gazing at the rock formations reflected in the crystal clear water of the bay, or just simply lazing as the sun starts to set. These are cruise policies for Oriental Sails
Cancellation by Customer:
More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather:
All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
Children Price & Extra Bed:
Child under 6 years old: F.O.C.(Baby cot on request: Free).
Child 6 - 11 years old: 75% adult price.
Maximum 1 child sharing same cabin with 2 adults
The children under 6 years old have to pay compulsory service charge and insurance:
5 USD/kid/2 day trip
10 USD/kid/3 day trip
